The Dime Tour

Some Texans have asked for a tour of the new house so pay up and you can come along!

Here is the door you are about to walk through. It's a pretty cool tour to see the inside of the front door first huh?

As you enter the foyer, you may notice a herd of small children. Be careful, make no sudden movements, they may stampede!
The doors on your left lead into the Man Area.

Let us continue through to the main living area...

On your right is the kitchen...

As we walk down the hall, we'll first come to the master suite...

Then there is the guest bath, a lovely shade of green!

Next we have Libby's room and as it is still under construction, we'll save that for a later tour. Last is the boys' room and due to the shape of the room I'll just show one wall. Someday those pictures may be hung on the wall and the chair rail on and the toys cleaned up!

Thanks for joining us today, here is your complimentary mint.

I would like my mint to be a Junior Mint. It's chocolate, it's mint, it's very refreshing! Oh, and the house is lovely. Can't wait to BE there!

It's gorgeous! I'm jealous too. You've managed to rid your house of all the white in less than one month... we're going on four years and finally *thinking* about taking out those paint brushes again. Looks fantastic!

We had to paint it all at once Shelli, the people before were really in love with pink and it was EVERYWHERE! Ceilings included.

Umm, my mint won't download. I love your main room color choice. What is it? (I'm sure it has some creative name that just describes the color so well.)

Congrats on the beautiful home, and great job on making it warm and homey!

Here's my dime...thanks for the mint! The house looks great, Missy! You've obviously worked really hard and it looks very peaceful, homey, and put together without being fussy. :)

Another question for you while you think about the name of your paint--was the rug you used in your living area a carpet remnant or an actual bound rug? All the homes in Florida have tile everywhere, which makes for not the greatest wrestling/crawling surface.

Just getting ideas from an experienced warm climate dweller...
